No, and we don't pretend to. It keeps every invoice, payment and receipt as a digital record and exports them in one tap for your accountant or bridging software. That's what HMRC's Making Tax Digital rules ask for.
Snap a photo of the receipt in the app. It reads the shop, date, total and VAT, picks a category, and you check it and save. Every receipt is kept with its photo, totalled by month, and goes to your accountant as a CSV alongside your invoices. No more shoebox.
Never. Your customers pay you directly, by bank transfer or your own pay link. We only see the invoice.
Take the app on its own for £29 a month. If you ever want the site done properly, move up to the full package.
After the first three months, a month's notice, no fee. Your invoices and payments are yours to download. Your domain is registered in your business name, so if you want to take it elsewhere we hand it over, free. If you'd rather keep the website live without the app, that's £29 a month.
